Can I modify or cancel my order after being submitted? 
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow the return instructions for a store credit. By placing the order, you agree to our return policy and terms and conditions.
 I haven’t received a confirmation email after placing my order, why?
You should receive an order confirmation instantly after placing the order. If you haven’t received an email confirmation, please ensure to check your spam.

My card is declining, what should I do?
Check the billing information you have entered and ensure it matches witwhat you have on file with your bank. If the funds happens to come out of your account and your order has not been completed, please contact your bank immediately; they will reverse the transaction, because it has not been completed on our end. If you  have an issue with your transaction, proceed with PayPal for faster checkout.
 
I have received an incorrect item, how to rectify this issue?
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you, as no one would be happy in receiving an incorrect item. Please Email Us  within 24 hours of receiving your package with your order number and photo to prove of both the incorrect item as well as the packing slip. Failure to report such issue mentioned within 24 hours of receiving your package will result in our inability to replace the item.
 
What will happen if my package is undeliverable to my address?
First, please check the status of the tracking number provided to you. If it states your package is undeliverable, please Email Us or use our contact form, we will instruct you on getting this resolved. In this case if the package should be returned to us, we will contact you for the validity of your address to re-ship the package at your expense. Please note, ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  Please be reminded to enter your address correctly to avoid delays in receiving your order.

PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely, without sharing your personal information.
