RETURN POLICY

• Mesmeric Chic does not offer refund or exchanges. If you are are unhappy with your order, kindly return it and we will issue you a store credit for future purchases . Please note that this store credit doesn’t expire.

• For all returns, items must meet the following criteria:

•  Item(s) must be unused,unworn,unwashed, odor free, no alteration and with all tags attached.

• Item must be returned no later than 5 business days upon receipt of the package. No Returns on sale items.

• Any issues with the merchandise please email us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).

• Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Mesmeric Chic. Please refer to our address on your package for all returns.Shipping fees are non refundable. 

•  All swimwear, bodysuits and accessories are FINAL SALE!                                                                          

 RETURN PROCESSING TIME

• Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
